Vehicle history.

PaxFleet not only shows you where your vehicles are, it tells you where they’ve been.

The Vehicle History function gives you a historical record of vehicle location and usage. So you can see where the vehicle has traveled, review start and stop history, get off-route and off-hour usage reports, obtain proof of delivery times and more.

Landmarking.

PaxFleet instantly lets managers spot which vehicle is closest to a given location. A customer, for example.

PaxFleet’s Landmarking function helps you more accurately predict arrival times and better estimate time-to-job. As a result, you see increased overall productivity. Not to mention overall customer satisfaction.

To Landmark a location, you simply enter the address and give it a designation, such as “warehouse #1”. Then, to display it on your screen (on Web-based map), you type in that designation.

Driving directions.

One of your drivers can’t find the customer?

That won’t happen with PaxFleet. The System lets you provide driving directions to any vehicle.

It’s as easy as locating the vehicle on the screen and entering a street address. You get directions that you can then send via email to the driver’s cell phone, PDA or pager.

Geofencing.

PaxFleet permits you to set up “geofences” to mark the boundaries of any vehicle’s area of operations.

Just enter the address of a location or landmark and radius parameters to establish electronic boundaries for that vehicle or for your entire fleet.

Should any vehicle wander out of the authorized area, the System alerts you immediately and records the date and time of the violation.

Vehicle use monitoring.

PaxFleet provides reports on individual vehicles to determine their usage history. Which, in turn gives you the information you need to maximize the efficiency of all your vehicles.

The PaxFleet System allows you to easily determine fuel consumption, monitor actual vehicle speeds and identify underutilized vehicles.

Identifying excessive idling.

PaxFleet provides reports that allow you to see the amount of time any one of your vehicles spent idling – as well as the time and location the vehicle was stopped with the engine running.

Speed violation reporting.

The PaxFleet System immediately alerts you when a driver violates speed policy – as well as where the violation occurred.

The System can also be quickly configured to monitor chronic speeders without having to monitor your entire fleet.

Identifying the speeder can help you enforce a policy that not only protects the driver and others on the roads but reduces fuel costs, legal fees and insurance premiums.

Identifying problem drivers.

Remote smog checks.

If your vehicles operate in California, PaxFleet allows you to save time and money by becoming part of State’s Continuous Testing Pilot (CTP) program which grants you an exemption from physical smog checks.

With PaxFleet, vehicle emissions are continually and wirelessly monitored. So as long as the vehicles aren’t producing problem emissions, there’s no need to take them out of service for a physical inspection.

The California Continuous Testing Pilot program permits 1996 and newer light and medium trucks, and cars to be enrolled. Other states are studying the program and are expected to follow suit.

Automated toll payments.

Because of the PaxFleet System’s open architecture, tolls can be paid automatically. On roads, bridges and tunnels in areas where toll taking has been automated.

Accounting for tolls can also be simplified with the System.
